HOW TO SHOP ONLINE
1. Open a new customer account or login to your existing account
To order items through our online shop you need to open an account. Click the
New Account link and fill in the form. You will then receive an email with a special
validation code so it is important to give your proper e-mail address.
When you have the validation code, return to the New Account page and enter the code -
your account will then be confirmed and you can choose your own password and enter a few other details.
To log into your account, click the Customer Login link. On the Login page,
you will also find a link in case you have forgotten your login details.
2. Add items to your shopping basket
Use the Find a Course page to find the courses that you require, and then click Add for each course.
One unit for each course chosen is added to your shopping basket.
3. Change the quantities for each item required and delete unwanted items
To change the quantities for any or all of your chosen courses, click the Shopping Basket link.
You can then change the Quantity value for each item listed. To remove an item, change the Quantity box to 0.
4. Checkout
To checkout, click the Checkout link, and then follow the instructions.
You can leave Checkout and alter your order at any time before you click Confirm Order on the last Checkout page.
5. Payment
After confirming your order, click the Credit Card Payment link. You will be taken to a secure payment page.
To see other payment methods, click the Payment Methods link.
